Bali ZOO
Bali’s first and only zoological park is a wondrous place where you can learn the behavior of over 45 rare and exotic animals in lush, tropical environment. A park where you can participate in fascinating animal adventures activities, with more than 350 exotic animals a majority of which are indigenous to Indonesia, including rare and endangered species such as the Sumatran Elephant, Sumatran Tiger, Orangutan, Sun Bear and Binturong.
Our animals reside in hundreds of quality built eco-habitats and are well cared by our friendly staff of 170 who work as part of our extended zoo family. Bali Zoo offers a number of unique and one-of-a kind experiences during your visit to Bali.
Bali zoo can be easily reached as it is close to Bali’s Tourist area of Kuta, Sanur, Seminyak and Nusa Dua and is only 15 minutes drive from Ubud. And 45 minutes drive from Kuta, Seminyak and Nusa Dua. And 20 minutes from Sanur. Zoo open daily 09.00am - 18.00pm, Last check in 17.00pm.
From our beautifully landscaped and shaded garden paths that lead you through our park to our various ‘hands on’ animal encounter, Animal show, Petting zoo, pony ride, Exotic bird show, Dine with the wildlife, Elephant Expedition, Elephant safari, Miniapolis Jungle waterplay and Night at the zoo.
